GUJRANWALA: After the announcement of an agreement between Tehreek-e- Labbaik Ya Rasool Allah and the government, protesters in Gujranwala also ended the sit-in being held at Qila Chand bypass.
The announcement saw hundreds of workers of religious parties disperse peacefully and the road opened for traffic, after two days.
Meanwhile, Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) in a raid arrested a man accused of trafficking the five youth murdered in Turbat earlier this month.
Federal Investigation Agency Gujranwala Deputy Director Khalid Anees, while talking to the media, said that the accused had gone underground after the Turbat incident and was arrested on Monday while attempting to go to Azad Kashmir through Bhimber.
