Two newly inducted provincial ministers in the Balochistan Cabinet took oath of their office in Quetta on Saturday. The acting Governor of Blochistan, Mir Abdul Quddus Bizenjo, administered the oath to them.
The ministers include Sardar Abdul Rehman Khetran and Mir Asad Baloch. The portfolios of the two ministers will be announced later.
Earlier, the Balochistan government, a six-party coalition government headed by the Chief Minister Jam Kamal Khan, announced a ten-member cabinet which took the oath on August 28. Eight out of the ten new ministers belong to the Balochistan Awami Party (BAP) and one ministry each was given to the Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) and Awami National Party (ANP).
The ministers include Muhammad Saleh Bhootani, Mir Muhammad Arif Muhammad Hasni, Sarfaraz Chakar Domki, Tariq Khan Magsi, Mir Zahoor Ahmed Buledi, Mir Ziaullah Langove, Saleem Ahmed Khosa, Noor Muhammad Domar, Mir Nasibullah Khan Marri and Engineer Zamarak Khan Piralizai.
Nasibullah Marri belongs to PTI and Zamarak Piralizai belongs to ANP while the rest of the ministers are from BAP.
